"My room was not ready at 4:00pm when I checked in, but the staff found a replacement immediately and it was all fine. The only draw back was that my key cards didn't work on the first try and I had to go back to reception to get new cards. "Location was excellent and near everything in Banff core. Room tidiness and the restaurant Pacini was amazing.
