"I've stayed at different resorts all over the Cancun area. If you're wanting a resort for attention to detail and personal service and excellence, this is your resort. Each building has its own personal concierge waiting to help you with anything that you need. Check in was effortless. Entertainment was unique and fun. Food was outstanding. What particularly stood out to me with the food, especially at buffet's, was that during outdoor events everything was covered. Restaurant dining was delicious. Do not miss the french bistro called Bordeaux. It was a dining experience trying both unique foods as well as familiars like surf and turf. The beach generally had a lot of sargasm, but in the morning it was definitely beautiful, clear and clean, so if you're doing anything involving the water, I would suggest going early in the morning at 8 o'clock. In the evening is when the beach tends to get worse, but overall, they keep it clean. If you walk down the beach and find somebody with a blue shirt, ask about a personal private boat tour out to see the turtles and snorkel. $45 pp was cheaper than going out with a big group. They led us all around and we didn't have to do any work, but watch everything underneath! The relaxing pool, it's very nice plus they have a ping pong table. Also, walk down the beach and go out by the dive center to the little town of akumul. Not too big, but they may have souvenirs less expensive. This was a trip to remember! Have fun and remember to relax!"

"My wife and I just got back from a 5 day 4 night stay and we had an amazing time. The property is wonderful and the staff is amazing. All of the staff is super friendly and really make you feel at home. We had breakfast at The Park every morning and our waiter Melchor was amazing and took care of us every morning. The bartenders at Aura swim up bar are incredible and work so hard. We will definitely be back and will recommend this stay to all our friends and family."

"We had an amazing stay at Bahia Principe Explore Coba! The resort was beautiful, clean, and incredibly family-friendly. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, making every day fun and memorable. The staff was always welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The food was phenomenal—every night the buffet featured something different, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The specialty restaurants were outstanding and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The nightly shows were fantastic, especially Origin, which was absolutely spectacular and a must-see during your stay. The resort is large, but the shuttle service made it easy to get around. The pools were excellent, and the beach was just a short ride away. Overall, we had an unforgettable family vacation and made memories we'll cherish forever. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend Bahia Principe Explore Coba to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and high-quality all-inclusive resort."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a week here, and we were above the sargasso that can be so diffficult at this time of the year, but the stay was good. The north end of Half Moon Bay is pretty free, allowing for snorkeling, swimming, paddling about, with little or no problems.We have stayed here before, and will again in is a lovely well appointed unit, good cookware, beautiful art objects everywhhere, very well kept. Love it.And the view is very nice,especially late evening when the lights come on from the LOWW story houses at the south end of the bay.Thankfully there are no highrise buildings on this bay. It's just beautiful here.There are also 2 restaurants close by, one for unique breakfasts, and one open for dinners/drinks."
