"I had the absolute best time at TRS Yucatan. Stayed here with my wife and her parents and was absolutely blown away. We went to the hotel to celebrate a few special occasions (Our anniversary since we first met and also my in laws wedding anniversary and their birthdays as well). The staff there went above and beyond in every single aspect and we will never forget it. This hotel now may have our business for life, not only because of how much we love the resort and all the amazing food options, but mainly because of the service level. Weve never experienced such first class customer service at any hotel weve ever stayed at. I want to call out a few exceptional team members of TRS by name: Mariana Roscalvo (Their Chief Concierge) was amazing with communication and took care of every single request we had. She was truly amazing and we hope the hotel realizes what an absolute gem they have with her. Just amazing work and coordination. Her team was amazing as well in our villa 68 (Belen, Gabriel and Eduardo) all did a phenomenal job and took care of all of our requests in a perfect manner. Carlos Froilam Tuz Luna (Rooms Division Manager) was so great as well and made sure our rooms were perfect to celebrate our special occasions and stat at the property. Excellent work and thanks again Carlos for your impeccable service! Jonathan Nieto Villalobos (Manager On Duty) checked on us every evening at the restaurants we booked at and made sure everything was perfect. Well be back!!"

"Property Is huge with several facilites. Food Is not bad, mostly great staff. Decent activities and family entertainment. No Beach access or small stretch of rocky beach. "

"I have stayed at all inclusive resorts in Mexico for a number of years and Unico is by far the best experience I have had. The resort is amazing, clean, beautiful, and has an amazing staff. Check-in was relaxing and I did not have to wait like I have at other resorts, the room was modern and comfortable with the staff doing what ever they could to make us feel at home. Our local host/butler Eduardo was fantastic, checking in with us daily, answering questions, helping with reservations and experiences, and making our stay something that I will always remember. One of our favorite experiences was the mixology class, it was an amazing experience and the mixologist was fun and engaging. The food was the best I have had in Mexico, there is something there for everyone. From poolside snacks to room service and restaurants everything was delicious. I am very excited for their new French restaurant to open and am confident that Unico is the only resort I will be going to from now on."

"What an amazing 8 days in paradise. I can truly say this was an amazing hotel with amazing staff. Francisco, the waiter in the buffet made sure me and my family were taken care of. He was so thoughtful, caring, and respectful. This man truly made our meals special. There were not waits for the buffet. The food in the specialty restaurants were mediocre. The buffet was good. My son especially enjoyed the teens club. Big thank you to the staff there for caring and keeping an eye on him! To the Bahía principe team, thank you for an unforgettable vacation. "
