I didn’t like how they charged me at check in even though we paid online months ago. And then tell me I didn’t pay back then. The hotel stay was nice but the tv could stand to have more channels.
I mistakenly booked at this Doubletree thinking it was near the airport. It is about 10 minutes away ( there is another Doubletree close to the airport).
Nevertheless, the hotel was clean, had a restaurant, various amenities and the staff were helpful.
Close to the airport. Lots of dining in the area. Room was a little small, but clean and neat and very affordable. Not terribly soundproof. Staff was super polite, helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Airport shuttle was on time and free, so you can't beat that.

Shuttle bus was a 45 min wait for pickup at the airport and the bus was rusty and very dirty I side. Not at all acceptable for this quality of a hotel.
Driver was unfriendly, didn’t help load bags and had a sign requesting tips!
With all the choricea in the area, I wouldn’t stay again. Disappointed to pay this rate for this kind of service in a Hilton hotel.

we stayed here the night before our flight , had an early morning flight, and instead of driving from home wanted to be close to the airport so we can sleep longer as lack of sleep affect my wife withe migrains. at 3:30 am the fire alarm goes off and when it stops and we try to sleep again it goes off again. we basically got less sleep than leaving from home. if we were to sleep at home we didnot even have to be up that early. when we talked to the front desk the staff said that "there was a glitch in the fire alarm system" as there was no fire or smoke and they didnt know why it was set off. she told us to contact expedia when i requested a refund for such an inconvenience and since everything is documented expedia can arrange the refund. when we contacted expedia i was told that the hotel denied it and told it was an issue with the city not them. it is such terrible service that they are not even willing to compensate us in any form or shape when our first 2 days of our trip was ruined by a horrible migraine for my wife. if there was a real fire or smoke i would not be complaining its the fact that they are now lying about what truly went worng. i am so disappointed in expedia for having such terrible customer service as well. i will be writing to the higher management/head office of Hilton

Horribly managed, kids allowed tor run aound, in stairwells, in and out of elevators. And fire alarm accidentally went off three times between 3am and 4 am. Terrible sleep.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and it was given to someone else. We had to accept one bed and a pullout couch.
Enjoyed the stay overall. Pretty neat to have a view of the airport too, wish I had brought my son he would have loved it. The toilet is crazy loud, and the water pressure is fairly sad. But definitely not a deal breaker for us. Oh, those cookies that we got when we checked in were incredible!!!
When I was checked in, the staff kept chewing her gun and seems like unfriendly, and the air conditioner is super noisy the whole night, I thought it was raining outside but it turns out it was the air conditioner.
Well laid out property, quiet surroundings; very happy.

Efficient airport shuttle. Burger at the restaurant was excellent. Upgraded to a suite for free. Overall a great place for an overnight between flights.
Parking should be included in this hotel but it’s not. And the hotel should include free coffee in the lobby for its guests. The room was clean, and my stay was quiet. Room services were not available when I wanted them as the hours were shorter than expected. Overall would stay there again for a convenient airport hotel!
The cookie was amazing. Was convenient for transportation to the airport.

Our checkin was subpar, no interaction with the front desk team just asked my last name and told me to insert my card…didn’t even explain what the charge was for. The other staff at the front desk were also very impatient and rude with another guest before me. The cleaning lady in our hallway was very nice and interacted with our kids which made me happy. The hotel was clean but very basic. The store in the lobby has very short hours if you need something. Overall just an ok one night stay
This property was convenient to the airport, free shuttle, etc. They compensated us with free breakfast when we didn't get the exact room we booked, although the substitute room was perfectly acceptable.
Carpet had fresh red ink stains that stained my socks, mattress was very uncomfortable

The cleanliness was good but the front counter staff were not very friendly or welcoming. And I wasn't happy that they no longer provide housekeeping unless you go down to the front counter and ask for it

Booked this hotel for its free airport shuttle and the pool. When you call the hotel, it tells you two diff locations at the airport but one is to this hotel and the other one is to the other doubletree hilton hotel on the other side of the airport so be aware. It's also very difficult to get through to the hotel by phone because the machine seemed to be on some loop and no matter what button you press, it just plays the same message. It would have been nice to get some sleep after a long flight but the room was very loud. So much noise in the hallway gurgling noise from the toilet every five minutes that sounded like some loud air bubbles were coming up. Staff was not friendly and didn't seem too concerned with my feedback. I was honestly so disappointed.
Great play to stay . Clean and well maintained .Shuttle service to and from the airport was a plus with days of flight cancellations. Close to several restaurants for your dining options .

Not much to share - stayed due to long flight layover. Got there later than anticipated due to flight delay so restaurant was closed. Room was clean. I had a good night sleep although it was short. Shuttle service was excellent.
On a future trip to Toronto I would consider staying here again based on what I did see and experiance
