Overall, it was a decent experience. The downside would be not recieving a wheelchair upon request as communicated over the phone an hour before arrival. Second, the noise of the AC in our room is loud and the coffee maker could use a upgrade.

There 2 bottles of water in a room for 4 person. Only one blanket for each bed and no slippers. They could have provide more facilities for the room or the swiming pool. It was actually clean, but took them long to do so.
