The toilet was out of order from the first day we came. We communicated that to the lady at the front. we had to use the public washroom which had cockroaches. We kept getting cut on some metals on the bed.

was asking for a cue stick chalk at their play room at 2nd floor,conceirge dont care...then my kids chips at the vending machine got stucked..they dont care still...so unprofessional when they answer...fire them!

Property was well kept from the outside to the foyer. The room itself was very clean. However there were dents in both the back of the door and the microwave (looks like pellet gun created marks?). The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The heater/cooling system had no knobs to control the vent or the temperature dial. The window knob to open was missing (expecting suicide jumpers?). I suppose as it is a student residence through most of the year these measures had to be implemented?
