I was upgraded to a Beautiful room with a wonderful view prom the Balcony. It was Chic, Stylish. Beds Super comfortable. The Restaurant, “Spin” had Excellent food! My Tuna tacos and chocolate cake I ordered to my room was Not only beautifully decorated but Delicious! Being right downtown, I was close to many attractions in the area which is very walkable to Everything from Many Restaurants, the Market area , to shopping at Rideau Center, and major historical sites, such as the Parliament Hill, Museums. Overall average hotel stay. Nearly turned away at check in because of difficulties accepting my payment method for the security deposit and offered no help or solutions. Just told us to find another hotel. Thankfully we had a friend in town able to help us, and we had a decent night but the service we received made the experience poor.

There was a night shift supervisor that was terrible. In their website it does not say if you stay with a pet you are bounded to only some of the rooms and you can’t choose! The supervisor yelled at me when I addressed my frustration about this. Terrrrrrible! However, the next day there was a front desk guy that completely changed our experience. He offered us free breakfast to apologize for the supervisor’s attitude!!!! This was nice, but we won’t be back again. Misleading info regarding pet policy on their website! Don’t book if you have a pet
