Bel emplacement bord de mer, propreté impeccable, cadeau de bienvenue, décoré de bon goût, typique endroit insulaire, nous retournerons sans aucunes hésitation. A voir absolument si vous recherchez tranquilité et vue sur la mer, et si vous possédez une voiture car juste un peu éloigné des plages de la Playa Norte. Par contre, pleins de commodités et restos aux alentours. »

« No power. Amazing Cribbean Condo La Diosa 2224A lost all power (and so did to the entire apartment complex) due to the power meters and transformers overheating. Prior to my arrival to Condo Diosa 2224A, I reached out to Lucia Elena Moreno to verify that the power, water pressure, hot water, clean pool, etc. was in top working condition. Lucia confirmed that everything was good working condition. My guest and I were kept awake all night due to the constant beeping of the air conditioning units...

« We had an awesome stay! Jose was a fabulous host, as his house keeper Claudia was wonderful, she brought us freshwater when we needed it changed our sheets, sweep our apartment out and made sure all her needs were met. They are super awesome here and it’s great because you go down the stairs and walk straight out into the beach. It is a bit noisy on the main drag, but if you’re looking for a great place to stay with great horse look no further. »

« Amazing location ! Great staff !! Amenities are/ were a little tired , property could definitely use a face lift and some love , but overall good bones . The orice reflects the state of property upkeep . Honestly a god place , , with a little help it could be great space !! "C’est en effet un bel endroit, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel ainsi que les installations. C’est plutôt la plage que j’ai trouvée moyennement propre. Ce serait vraiment super si le personnel nettoyait les plages, au moins une partie des algues. Nous avons même vu des excréments dans la mer, ce qui m’a dégoûtée. "

"Beau logement, grande terrasse, belle vue. Très beau la nuit avec toutes les lumières du resort. Wifi était bien, le choix de télé ok mais bizarre de ne pas proposer des postes comme Netflix en streaming. Le buffet du matin offrait de nombreuses options. La grosse déception cependant a été le prix ridicule que nous avons dû payer pour manger le buffet très moyen le soir au Capricios. N’ayant pas choisi le tout inclus, nous l’avons regretté amèrement quand on a payé 300$ pour un repas moyen, le vin n’était pas inclus et le serveur ne nous l’a pas dit. Au moment de partir, il nous a rapidement montré la facture en disant qu’on pouvait ajouter un pourboire si on voulait. J’ai ajouté 15% (400 pesos) alors qu’il y avait déjà un pourboire de 400 pesos dans la facture. Très fâchée de cette façon de faire, de nous surcharger comme si nous étions des millionnaires. Dans la chambre il y avait de la bière était au moins 100 pesos (9$) et le mini Market HORS de PRIX, le double de la vie réelle. Dommage. "

"Le site de l’hôtel est très beau surtout le soir. La plage est aussi très belle avec du sable très fin et doux. Elle est vraiment longue pour ceux qui aime marcher sur le bord de l’eau. Les chambres sont très grandes (1 salon et 1 chambre à coucher) et vraiment très propres. Il y a un grand walk-in pour ranger les vêtements. Les swim-up sont très biens. Toutefois, certaines terrasses swim-up n’ont jamais de soleil; elles sont toujours à l’ombre. Par conséquent, l’eau des piscines swim-up est très froide. Le personnel est merveilleux. Toujours souriant et sympathique. Un merci spécial à Roberto au front desk qui a été très à l’écoute de nos demandes ainsi que Linda au bar de la piscine avec sa bonne humeur! La nourriture est très bonne. Cependant, les restaurants à la carte ainsi que le buffet n’ouvrent qu’à 18h00 pour le dîner du soir. C’est un peu tard si vous avez de jeunes enfants. 17h30 serait une heure plus raisonnable. Les restaurants à la carte peuvent accueillir un nombre modéré de clients, ce qui rend les réservations obligatoires et difficiles à obtenir. L’animation le soir est très bien et de qualité: musique, danse et salle de spectacle."
