"Lady reception offer poor service when asking questions about earlier check in and bags storage in the hotel ,Her manner was extremely bad and non patience service directing where to storage our bags with tags attached? "

"The hotel is dated and not up to my cleanliness standards for the money. You have to reserve when you go for the buffet, but yet they let outside guests in before the paying guests. Staff at buffet were not helpful and when i,m paying $60.00 for brunch i at least expect some pancakes or waffles to go with the bacon and eggs. On a positive note the ocean view was amazing."

"The breakfast was incredible but there were no amenities to be had!! It was a very basic hotel but we can’t complain for the pricez There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night which was extremely disturbing "
