We loved what has been done to capture an era in the architectural design! Updates are needed so colour scheme is less dated. Stayed 2x within a 4-day period. First room on 3rd floor was very clean, esp bathroom. Second room was on 1st floor. Bathroom was dated, missing grout around shower in spots; very echo-ie because of higher-than usual ceilings??? Staff were very friendly & accomodating. Gals in restaurant were exceptionally helpful & polite! Loved the pool & spa, esp at 7am. If I had the $$ I'd invest in this hotel & remove the "pink hotel" stigma. Lots of potential to be majestial. Thx.

Nice hotel, nice service. Great location! For the price I would expect some complimentary beverages in the fridge though.

"Comfortable and Clean"
Never been to a Marriott property that didn't meet or exceed my standards. This hotel was a very nice airport hotel and I was very satisfied with my stay. The restaurant was delicious and they had nice local craft beers on tap. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity presented itself!

"Spacious room"
We're a family of 5 and stayed on a 2 br with a kitchen. The room is spacious as I even love the separate dining room where we had our thanksgiving dinner. The staff were all very accomodating. My kids also enjoyed the pool & gymn as well as the free breakfast.

Hotel was under renovations but we needed a place for the night so we tried it. They were very friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a larger room which was just redone and it was very nice. Had breakfast at Cora's next door and It was a great experience.

Lonsdale Quay Hotel

"Good location"
Located in North Vancouver, shipyards. Two minute walk to sea bus (ferry) which will take you to Waterfront station in Vancouver. The hotel has underground parking for 12.00 a day. There is a small mall in the building with shopping and cafes. Outside when walking to sea bus, there is a Starbucks and a McDonald's along with some local flavor. Also a great view of the city if you can sit outside and eat on a nice day. A couple of restaurants (not fast food) within walking distance of hotel. A sea bus day pass is 11.00...we really didn't know what kind of pass to get...there are much cheaper fares but to cover our bases, we got the day pass. The hotel is very nice. I had two complaints, one was a noise I couldn't identify outside my room. I don't know if it was coming from a ship docked outside my room or the rain that was hitting the metal railing outside. Anyway, no fault of the hotel, but it made it hard for me to fall asleep. And two, we stayed 3 nights and my room key never worked for more than one day, which meant going to get a new key every day. The front desk people were nice and helpful.
