The hotel has the perfect view of the Harbor. It is also within walking distance to restaurants, and the Parliament. The staff are all kind and helpful. Our room was super clean. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Excellent experience! The staff was so wonderful, very kind and accommodating. The location was perfect. We had a really great room with a beautiful view. Everything from bedding and bathrooms was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place when staying in Victoria.

This was our 1st trip to Victoria and the Regent was a perfect location and setting to stay. We had 24 hours and decided not bring our car with us on the ferry and so glad because we didn’t need it. We walked everywhere and walking provided great sight-seeing. We had a perfect view of the harbor from our suite, which was huge and clean. I don’t remember any amenities like bar, restaurant or exercise room, but we didn’t need them because you’re at the doorstep to the vibrant downtown

The managment was very gracious to us after flight delays resulted in our arrival being a full day late they upgraded us to the penthouse. It was spectacular. We felt very blessed and cared for. great place, great staff.

front desk clerk offered us a room upgrade to a suite for an extra 40.00. Although the room was nice, it was on the Johnson Street bridge side. There were homeless people and young people being noisy and urinating below our second-floor balcony. There was loud yelling and swearing making the enjoyment of the balcony and view unusable. We should have just kept the standard room and saved the $40.00. The check-out clerk did not offer any compensation which would have been nice. We stay at this hotel regularly as it is convenient and clean, however we won't accept a room on the Johnson Street side anymore.

Located on one of the main streets so very noisy due to traffic and the smoke from cars would come all the way inside our room and bother me a lot if you wanted to enjoy beautiful weather of Victoria and opened a window.

Very walkable and clean facility - views were nice as was the balcony. Despite being close to action the room was very quiet when the doors and windows closed. The only noise was from the room fridge or the portable AC.
