The property is beautiful and upscale, nicer than any of Fairmont we've ever stayed in. It's in a very convenient location and easy to walk to many shopping and dining options. For the most part, the staff was also incredible, with one exception.... the valet. Upon checkout, we called down and asked for our car. They said they would get it right away. 10 mins later we were downstairs, and no one had even left to get our car yet. He told us he would get it now. 10 minutes later, we asked again. He said " oh yeah, I'll check". He went into a room, came back, and said they're going to get it right now. 10 minutes later, still no one had gone. The original guy finally went and got it himself, We waiting on our car for almost 40 minutes. I've never had such an inefficient valet experience in my life.
The only other complaint I have is the TV. There seems to be a minimum volume, and it will not let you turn the tv below that.
The other issues is that there are VERY limited TV channels, and other than that ONLY pay per view movies for $25 a piece. Most hotels of this caliber now allow a way to watch your streaming services over their in room TV now. They are behind on this for sure.
Other than those two items, our stay was great.
