Traveling with a year old golden retriever and the staff was super accommodating, especially Flori. They provided us with a food bowl, treats and some pet waste bags. Highly recommend- will stay again!

This hotel is excellent - from the staff to the amenities. It is wonderful.

When coming from the airport it’s an easy trip via skytrain to Burrard station and then a short walk to the property.

I‘ve booked a one bedroom mountain view 6 weeks before my travel day at Dec 18th-20th for $600 per night. And the room price on Dec 18th-20th dropped to $230 something which makes me very sad. The staff said it will have a last minute sale usually so do not book in advance so much always to check the room price. Sometimes you will get a big surprise before the day you travel! The mountain view in winter is superior you can see ppl ski in your room. Recomend, but the facility is a little big...

We managed to book one of the few remaining available rooms at Helms. We mentioned a few times while on the ferry that we hope the place is okay. We were definitely surprised and very pleased with location, with our room and with the staff. We will definitely choose this hotel on our next visit.

It's a great place to stay ,convenient to Town ,nice room's, somewhat small,but clean and inviting. Good food at the pub and breakfast in the dining room.

Love that Summit Lodge is very dog friendly. They have welcome treat, toy, blanket and water bowl delivered to the room. Also, there is a chalkboard in the reception area that has all the names of the pets that are staying at the hotel. This was truly a nice welcome gesture to all the fur babies. We stayed here last year and chose to return to this wonderful hotel.

The best service, staff, breakfast, rooms, views, location. I give this location a 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I will definitely stay there with my family on our next trip to Whistler, BC.

We booked this trip last minute and we were absolutely thrilled with our choice! The Sylvia Hotel is full of old time charm and sophistication. From the moment we entered the lobby, we felt as if we had stepped into a by-gone era.
