Everything was good, except the pillows, they have only one kind of pillow, I could not sleep with these pillow. At reception I request another type of pillow, they don’t have. Because of their pillow, I got pain in my shoulder and could not sleep.

Moxie’s was unexpectedly good. In general, hotel connected restaurants are expensive and have poor quality food. Good Wifi. Having three elevators a plus. Shower pressure was great. Really like having full kitchen. Perhaps stock salt and pepper? Terrible TV channel selection. Literally did not find anything worth watching other than Jeopardy. Also, why is larger set in bedroom? A/C placement was poor. Bedroom was comfortable but setting had to be cranked to high in order to cool living room. Not having a coffee table was inconvenient. Couldn’t sit to have cup of coffee or glass of wine. Lighting in living area was poor.

The pool was quite nice, heated. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. However the view towards the ocean was amazing. Our pullout bed was of terrible quality and quite uncomfortable.

This property is great overall. We had a renovated room on a high floor with an amazing view. The pool was great and the neighborhood was so fun and lively! The lobby is not fancy, but not a problem. The gym was also closed while we were there. Starbucks was close and restaurants close. You can walk to the beach or the boat harbor and upscale shopping. The staff were amazing, housekeeper Zoe was very helpful. I left my iPad in the room when I checked out and they helped me by packing it and sending it back to me in the US! Great experience!
