"No breakfast for early morning departures and we’re not allowed to even sit in the bar area unti we asked to speak to a manager as there was no place to sit comfortably and watch TV except in the lounge area and it was roped off until 4 PM which the manager let us go in and sit down as the lobby was full"

The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, making us feel comfortable the moment we checked in. Our room was very clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after spending the day exploring Banff. One of our favorite parts was the hot pool area — such a great way to unwind and enjoy the mountain atmosphere. The hotel also had a warm and peaceful vibe that made our trip even more memorable. The location was very convenient and close to everything we wanted to see. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Banff!"
