This property is ok. We had stayed here before but this time was not as good. There were some definite sanitary concerns. People were puking on themselves, pool chairs, and walkways. When brought to staffs attention they did not care, this includes management. Due to the rain there was entertainment in the lobby area. It was great that they moved the entertainment, but they couldn’t even leave the cushions on the chairs due to fear of rain getting them wet. People were sitting on hard, uncomfortable seats, some even having metal under them. I think it’s sad that a big resort prioritizes its cushions over the comfort of its travelers. Over our 10 days there were many nights where the shows were canceled due to rain, understandable, however they had a large indoor space where the shows could have been held. They held 1 show in there. A positive was that they upgraded our room, which was nice. The food in the buffet was decent, we could always find something to eat. A huge plus was the pescador restaurant at night. Their food was excellent and the menu was always different. Overall, we would probably return again but would HOPE that by then management would care about the comfort and happiness of all of their guests, not just their vacation club members.

This is probably at least my 15th time to stay at this property. The only complaint that I have is the elevators being out of service.

It was a beautiful place, beautiful beache and really kind workers. Food was average, best was buffet breakfast and Italian restaurant

Overall the stay was good. The facilities could have been in better shape all around. Several this were either broke or not working properly. The staff were hit or miss. Some were great some could care less. They pushed their membership meeting pretty hard if you didn’t want to pay double for everything. I would go back, but I would definitely look at other resorts before I booked there.

Our room was clean, the a/c worked well, and we had a great view. The three different pool areas helped spread people out, so it doesn’t feel too crowded. Lots of fun pool activities for our son.
