We Arrived a little early No biggie. staff was great at arrival. our bags were held and taken to our room which made check in smoother. During check in we got assigned our rooms and explained everything. our room came with a butler. Omar aka Primo. Boy was this man a blessing. He attended to All our needs during our stay. went above and beyond. our Room was amazing big big plus is they cleaned everyday and restocked everything. Food options are very good. they even have a late night snack spot open with finger foods. The beach was amaaaaaazing so clean and peaceful. will be returning.

The property was cleaned and there was plenty of food and drink. The staff was friendly. At the Japanese restaurant Ricardo was amazing, at the steakhouse Jayira was very accommodating. Nidia the house keeper kept my fresh

Loved Majestic Elegance. Would go back in a heart beat. good drink selection (aperol, tito's, jw black label, malibu, disaronno, etc). very good food at every restaurant (favorites were Mar (seafood) and the hibachi. Nice buzz of activity around the hotel in the evenings too. Not a spring break crowd, but not a blue hair crowd either. had a great time.

We really enjoyed the entertainment at the property. The Michael Jackson showand rhe fireworks were great. All the resort staff are super friendly. The steak house was delicious and our host Erick was the best !

The Majestic Elegance is a wonderful place to vacation. The resort is modern, staffed with amazing employees. It’s located in great proximity to the beach, a ton of food options and they offer butler service on adult elegance side. They did have a ton of activities onsite which was great! They also had a ton of weddings and they all were amazing. I wasn’t overly impressed with the food, it was just ok. However they did have many options and great hours of operation and room service was quick. The butler service was good for some in our large group, while other butlers were not present at all. I have also enjoyed the Majestic elegance in Punta Cana as well. Hands down we will come back to Costa Mujeres.

Amazing experience! There are multiple pools, bars, loungers, cabanas, and restaurants so you never feel overcrowded. Staff is very warm and inviting. Facilities are extremely clean. The food is better than anything I’ve had at other all inclusive resorts, with tons of options available. The Hibachi restaurant was a 10/10 experience, food was incredible and Ricardo gave us fantastic entertainment.

This property is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is so fun and will remember you every day. Love the fact that you can walk up to any restaurant and eat any night of the week! The beach on this property is so beautiful and they do a good job, keeping the seaweed at bay. The only negative was that there are a lot of weddings at this property, and if you have a room overlooking the pool, the music can get very loud at night, but overall that was manageable. Food and drinks were great!
