This is an excellent property for an Adults Only get away. Great Staff, amazing beach front, fun people from around the globe. Extremely safe area. The only issue is limited taxi service to town. The hotel has collaborated with a taxi service to offer $8 rides to town and $8 return. The regular price would be $27 each way. The last taxi back is @ 8:00 pm.

This resort was very clean & gorgeous. If you’re young & wanting to party, make sure you find the pool with the games & foam party. My partner & I did not know about that pool until day 3 since it was far from our room & other pool. Another thing we did not know was that you can get rides to the sister resorts surrounding, that’s where the fun club is. The main “disco” was dead almost every night. Definitely a slow paced resort but very relaxing to be at.

The hotel staff and facilities were overall pretty great. We had a few major concerns with our stay though. We booked two rooms for 3 ppl each and had 2 beds a sofa bed so that each person would have their own bed. Upon arrival we found the sofa bed was covered in dirty rust and mold stains on the mattress and very disturbing overall. We were given a few sheets to try and cover it but we did not feel safe for our health to use it. This was supposed to be the third bed but instead we had to try and squeeze three people into two double beds instead , compromising our sleep. We had a hair dryer in our room but it broke minutes into use. Then after speaking to the front desk to ask for a replacement no one came even with a hair dryer which kept delaying our time before planned events. One of my friends in the group has severe allergies to dairy and seafood and this was made very clear. She noted to have no butter , no sauce, no eggs, no cheese etc. on her dishes but her steak was still served with likely some allergen as she started to notice her throw feel funny with just one bite. We recognize it is difficult to know of all potential allergens but we still felt that this should be better handled as this hotel was chosen due to its advertisement of itself as as having many dietary options and inclusive of allergies. Due to this experience she could not trust the food so she no longer was able to eat normally on this trip, contributing to a poor experience for her.
