There were 2 occasions in which i called the front desk and asked for assistance, no one ever came. The first day there were small, slender insects in our hottub. Quite scary. Also the issue of dress code was never brought to light like the information on transportation. The resort was very to good to inform us of information on transportation. Yet, dress code in other adult only all inclusive don't have such a strict rule as Valentin so based on that it should have been mentioned at some point. We met a nice couple, he let my husband borrow some pants. All in all the resort is beautiful and great food, great ambiance! We'll be back line so many of your guests. Thank you for a good time, even if it rained all week. You kept us entertained!!

So please read! If you do not like nature animals and bugs do not come here! We saw animals i have only seen on discovery channel. Not too mention we had the nastiest roach in our room and one run past our feet at the event. The entertainment was trash!!!!! So it rained, stormed the entire time we were there. Nothing they could do about that. But they had minimal back up entertainment. The MJ was soooo bad. They really had someone in white face. And his dancing and lip singing sucked. The music in the sports bar was so old. Like 80s and mostly rock. The nusic during dj night came out 20 years ago and back. Super outdated. My husband didnt bring dress pants and shoes. We typically dont want the food at fine dining. Well! At this resort all restaurants required long pants and dress shoes. Reminder it was storm raining and super hot. But he was supposed to wear dress clothes. And it looked weird seeing the men at the dj night dressed like that. Like they just came from the office. No type of club vibe. My husband was like birds flying over my head while im eating pooping next to my table but sandals and shorts is where yall draw the line. Everything is so far apart. Yes we can call a shuttle. But literally at least half a mile to get to the beach. You spent so much time just trying to get to places. Oh and our 'complimentary' sparkling wine was expired. Staff was nice. Just the language barrier and hard accents were a challenge. I went to mexico and didnt have mexican food!

It was okay. This resort wasn’t for us. Staff is amazing without a doubt. Pool food was great to snack on but restaurant and room service was just okay. Our room wouldn’t get cold enough and neither did the mini fridge. During the storm our room started leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom and room. All they offered was to wash and dry our clothes that got wet and transfer us to another room. We had upgraded to the Emerald but besides the giant jacuzzi we didn’t find anything special. Also bars close very early and the later one didn’t have no a/c and the outside martini bar was too hot. Overall we rate it a 7/10 cause we did have fun for the 3 days we were there with a group of friends. Would we go back no.

Me gustó la vegetación del hotel, la limpieza, el lobby del hotel y su olor. El restaurante Mar y Tierra no me gustó nada (comida, algunas áreas deben renovarlas, el calor). Las colchas blancas de la habitación necesitan ser eliminadas y colocar nuevas. El restaurante japonés no es moderno y necesita renovación.
