"My husband and I traveled for the first time ever and stayed here and it was absolutely perfect. We had the most amazing experience, there’s so much to do and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. We didn’t leave the resort at all, we were able to take advantage of everything provided there. We had the all inclusive package and it made everything so easy, didn’t have to worry about anything. All the staff checked on us and made sure to be nearby in case we needed anything(not hovering) very quick service. The food was divine, we went to the Steakhouse and Satsu-Asian fusion and it was the best food we ever had. The coffee and drinks provided all Betty refreshing. I’m absolutely recommending this resort to everyone. There was sargassum on the beach but honestly it didn’t bother us one bit, we spent our time in the pools where there was a swim up bar and activities were held like volleyball, water aerobics, water polo and everyone was invited. The music played was also great, setting the vibes. I have zero complaints. Can’t wait to go back !!"

"Staffs were nice, and hotel was clean enough. We had given many options for food. Unfortunately, we had a difficult night due to SECURITY BREACH. One of the guy attacked me, I injured by the guy, called to desk for the security. No one showed up. We went down to the desk to see what’s happening and saw the guy was arrested by the police. We canceled the trip and bought a last minute flight tickets. We asked for the full refund, staff didn’t help us."

"We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The food was one of the biggest highlights of the trip. There was a great variety of options, and we consistently found meals we enjoyed throughout our stay. The shows and entertainment each evening were also excellent and gave us something to look forward to after a day at the beach or pool. The staff were friendly, hardworking, and always willing to help. Their service really contributed to the overall experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the pillows, which were some of the most comfortable we've had while traveling. The beds were on the firmer side, which we personally liked. The beach was beautiful, although we visited during sargassum season, so there was more seaweed than we had expected. That said, the hotel clearly worked very hard to manage it. We regularly saw staff and tractors cleaning the beach throughout the day, and it was obvious they were doing everything they could to keep the shoreline as enjoyable as possible despite conditions beyond their control. Overall, a fantastic vacation with great food, excellent staff, comfortable accommodations, and a beautiful beachfront location. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Cancún."
