"The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was not as great. The TV required using two remotes and pushing buttons that made no logical sense. Each time you turned on the set, you had to go through a procedure. Who knew you had to use the second remote (not Shaw) and push a star button, then go to the Shaw remote and choose HDMI 3 as the input etc. We tried to phone the front desk, but the phone didn't work. Fortunately the staff somehow detected I was trying to contact the desk and...

"The rooms with kitchens are run down; our fridge didn’t work. But it’s a totally average hotel in a beautiful area. We come every year for the views, not the hotel itself. The server didn’t know how to split bills at the Grizzly Paw and they no longer have a proper vegetarian/dairy free menu so this year I couldn’t eat at the resort like in previous years. "

"The Crandell lodge is an older building but our suite was nicely renovated or updated recently. It was clean, tidy and very cozy. The staff was very helpful during our stay. The restaurant/pub in the main lodge across the street had great food and service. I would recommend and stay at the lodge again. The location of staying in Waterton town was wonderful in the 2nd last week of April as not many shops & restaurants were open which was great and kept the tourists to a low. It appears...

"could be an amazing place needs some general maintenance also kept seeing an employee sitting around and smoking right outside front entrance did not appreciate having to walk into the smoke coming and going , amazing view of sun rise and the channel booked a fishing charter with absolute sport fishing excellent charter nice and comfortable boat excellent guide."

"These are awesome cabins in walking distance to Lake Louise. They are fully equipped with a cute little kitchen with an oven & stove top. Clean soft linens. Could have asked for more with this place. "

"Loved our place at the Palliser. We usually stay at the Glacier or Mountaineer but loved it here. We had our own hot tub and it was much quieter. The property was in much better shape than the mountaineer and glacier condos. We will choose Palliser next time too!"
