"Didn’t get no sleep cause the heat was on and the A/C wasn’t working. They said there was nothing they could do. Also front desk charged my credit card two deposits not one"

"Very clean room and building was bright, and newer looking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was great. They have a bigger area for breakfast serving by menu or buffet style. We were very pleased with our stay. A couple of things that we found were the bathroom was small and not much room to put your toiletries for 2 people. Also the elevator was always busy. Other than that it was perfect especially since the Theatre we were attending was right across the street. All in all a great place."

"Friendly staff and easy check in Clean towels had hairs in them. So did sink and tub. Fridge had old milk containers inside."

"Rooms were updated and clean. Parking is minimum $50 down the street in a parkade so be aware and add that to your grand total as it makes a huge difference price wise. We were woken up by people talking and running down the hallways early in the morning, and cleaning staff, regardless of check out being at 11am which was pretty disappointing as we got in very late and really wanted to sleep in."
