"Great location if you're skiing. Hotel a bit dated, needs to be renovated. Lots of parking but two garbage bins in front of the entrance were overflowing with garbage, not a great first impression. Front desk ok but not very friendly. Nice, big pool but it was too cold and the hot tub was not working ..."

"Great location that's near many of the major attractions near the Falls! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast options are always fully stocked and organized. The Wi-Fi works great as well. It's on the bus route, so getting around is easy if you have the Niagara Parks Wonder Pass. If you want to eat or get souvenirs, everything is either across the street or just a few doors down."

"The stay was wonderful! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and spacious. When I called the desk asking for extra coffee, they brought some up right away.
I only have 2 complaints unrelated to staff because they were wonderful.
1) the heat is centralized heat and could not get it below 76. So hard to sleep and made room really dry
2) the pool was too cold to go in"
