The pull out bed was the worst thing in the suite and the loud AC Noise. So if you are a light sleeper you have to turn off the AC To sleep orherwise it will be a conatant buzzing on your ears

We were in a waterside 1-bedroom suite. It was quite spacious with a full kitchen. We were only there 2 nights but this would be great for longer stays. Lots of families here and plenty of water activities nearby and grills available outside. Cute town with lots of hiking trails and some great restaurants, including the hotel's restaurant.

Our experience was pretty disappointing. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is dark and outdated. The pictures online are MUCH nicer than in person and the aesthetic did not meet my standards or even come close to what I saw online. The property itself is not maintained nicely. Our view from our “waterside room” was a field of weeds and dandelions which is part of the hotel property. Our room felt grungy and old, the mattress(s) are lopsided and need to be replaced. Things we appreciated about the hotel was that I our room had a balcony and the kitchenette was fully stocked.

Incredible is a word I want to describe a wonderful human being at front desk named Summer . I witnessed a transaction between her and another customer checking in who was completely rude and abnormally disappointed.She handled the situation with an understanding of customer service I’ve yet to see in such a young person five stars just for her . She is a winner in everything to do with the industry.Thanks summer you definitely made my stay more enjoyable just knowing you are part of that team .

We had booked a room with two queen beds and a waterside view, but upon check-in, we were assigned a room with one king bed and two sofas, which was highly inconvenient for our group of four. Adding to the inconvenience, we were not informed about this change prior to being handed the room key. After a long journey, we proceeded to the sixth floor with all our luggage, only to find out that the room was not as we had booked. This situation was further exacerbated by the fact that the elevator was not working, making it particularly challenging to carry our luggage upstairs. We immediately contacted the front desk to resolve the issue and were assured that someone would come to assist us. However, after waiting for 20 minutes without any assistance, we had to make our way back down to the front desk to address the situation in person. Following a lengthy and frustrating argument, we were finally given a room with two beds, but it was not the waterside view we had originally booked and paid for. This entire experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard we expected from a reputable establishment like the Living Water Resort and Spa.
