A well-equipped room with a small kitchenette, the unit we had was an accessible room. So it was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the whole resort was great walking distance to the lakefront and shopping.

Couch was not very comfy but the stay is really nice, it has everything you need for a family. The only thing I would have done differently is bring a fire stick or Roku for the TV. The amenities were lovely with great hours of operation, and you're only minutes for the blue mountain village

The room we were given was fantastic. The resort itself is beautiful and we will stay there again. The in room telephones did not work, the servers in the restaurant were okay, better training needed. The chef needs to season the food better. Very little to no salt was used in all of our meals. The spa was great and the massage was amazing, but my aesthetician was a little rude.

The front desk were so nice they even walked me to my room when I arrived super late at night with no reservation. Other hotel staff also amazing. But the pool was complicated to get into and the spa receptionist was not very welcoming or friendly like what you would expect in 5 star resorts which this was not so I skipped it - not worth the effort, really. But the highlight was the location on the water and the bed, linen and pillows were probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel - total surprise. I rested so well. The kitchen was also nice to have even though I didn't use it just for a night stay setting. Would stay there again. The price was shockingly affordable.
