quite a few of the basic utilities werent working properly, the furnace fan was extremely noisy and could not hear tv, ceiling fan in master bedroom had a constant squeek so could not sleep well, shower in main ensuite leaked outside of shower area as shower head stream went everywhere. could not stream "smart tv" as you could not get net flix or any other streaming station...restaurant was closed during stay and no restaurants delivered to resort. Price from expedia was a few hundred dollars over actual cost of resort...

This was our first time at Touchstone. The accommodations were pretty comfortable. We had a two bedroom unit. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.The views were amazing of lake Muskoka.

On arrival they had the wrong date in their system which had to be corrected. Check in time was different depending on who you spoke with. The restaurant is not open on Sunday or Monday and the closest town is driving distance. The room had dust bunnies on the wall and scuffs everywhere. The hot tub was nice but by the time we got to it, this wasn’t such a clean hot tub. The views are spectacular, the rooms have pretty decent amenities (small fridge, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, toaster.
