Muskoka District Vacation Packages

I arrived earlier than the official check-in time and was informed by the front desk that I would have to wait until my room was ready. I was told that someone would call me once the room was available. A little later, an employee called me and confirmed that everything was ready and that I could proceed to my room. However, barely 10 minutes after entering the room, another employee knocked on my door and questioned why I was already in the room, explaining that she still needed to inspect it and inform the front desk. This situation was extremely confusing and uncomfortable. I followed the instructions given to me by your staff, so I do not understand why I was subsequently questioned as if I had entered the room without authorization. This reflects poor communication and a lack of coordination among employees. Guests should not have to deal with internal communication failures, especially after being explicitly told that their room is ready.

Rhody was very helpful.

Nice property, we booked lake view, however we were given a regular room for the 1st day. Front desk tried to assist for the remainder of the stay.
