Felt like it was a bit dirty. Spots on carpeting/rug. Very dim lighting in room, but you could see finger marks on cupboards. Funky room air conditioner.

Silver Creek was better than we expected. It was super clean. The view from their balcony (top floor) is amazing and their hot pool is perfect for relaxing. It has a big living area and kitchen with utensils. The bedrooms are spacious too. I would definitely stay in Silver Creek again on my next visit there.

Very comfortable and had everything we needed. What made it unique or memorable is that the fire alarm went off around 9:30 pm and we evacuated the building. So it was a big social event. I think there was a problem in the kitchen. It was all good.

Wonderful except for unit with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms only 1 of the bathroom has a shower. The other bathroom is ONLY for baths. Essentially all 5 of us had to use one bathroom because it’s the only one with a shower. Also the entry to underground garage needs to be redone because no matter how slow I went the sedan scrapped the concrete.

This is a great place to stay that is fully appointed with a great kitchen, laundry facilities, comfortable beds, and a wonderful deep tub for soaking after a day of hiking. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities were great. The underground parking was a nice secure amenity that we appreciated greatly. Nice to have a balcony and fireplace as well! Our rooms were quiet and each bedroom and the main living area had separate TV's and good internet access. The only downside is that it was so much more expensive to stay there than even just a few years ago. Definitely not especially affordable. Canmore is so much more user-friendly and less crowded than Banff has become.

1. Really clean, but the furniture was very old. The 'pleather' armchair was peeing/peeled off in huge chunks, down to the bare fabric underneath - so we could not use that armchair. Also, sofa/cushions was very old with stains. 2. There are no instructions on how to use the reciever, so we could not listen to music.
