Undoubtedly the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life even after paying a huge amount. There was nothing good about the hotel at all. Room was old, stingy, bed wasn't comfortable at all, AC wasn't working and was making noise, hair dryer was broken and had a lot of dirt on it. I can keep going to write everything that my made my stay nightmare. DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS AS YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYTHING AT THE PROPERTY.

Great location in Canmore! The staff was great: helpful and kind. The facility is kind of shabby and in need of some maintenance. Our room had a broken heater, soap dispenser, and didn’t appear to be in the best shape.

The staff were very friendly but I believe the person we spoke to a couple times was new as she didn’t have many answers. We had an issue with a couple things in the room but we discussed it with the manager and they were eager to help. I don’t think it was worth the price paid during the busy months but maybe during off months when it is cheaper.

For a motel it was great! Quaint but had everything we needed! Rated high especially due to the great customer service and staff! Super friendly, always answered calls promptly when needed, and if we needed something fixed or more towels they always came quick with a smile on their faces! Will recommend to others for an affordable great lodging!

Our initial room was very hot. We tried to turn the ac unit to the coldest setting but it wouldn’t cool down. We went to the front desk and let them know and they said they would send maintenance. The maintenance guy brought a fan and said the unit was old and they were slowly replacing them. We asked for a new room instead of the fan which they provided. The new room had the upgraded ac and it was great, very cold. Overall the staff was very polite.

We book a room for 4 adults for 1 night in the beginning of July . 458$ per room which is overpriced for this motel style property. We had a kitchen, one bathroom and 3 beds an one couch. The door locker did not work properly, it so we waited for concierge to fix. It I was a noisy overnight because of trains nearby. But location is good. Anyway, nothing else were available for this price or less. So, we had what we paid.
