But the hotel acknowledged the problem, and although it wasn’t their fault, have expressed some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. I will ..."

"I like that it so convenient with everything. Walking distance to the mall, chinatown and old Montreal. The place is clean and well managed. The staff are very friendly and responsive to your needs and questions. Definitely staying again there next time."
"Great stay for a mother daughter shopping trip. Excellent location to shopping, restaurants and transit. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were accommodating and allowed for early check in and late check out. The heated pool was a hit and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas for lounging. Unfortunately the hot tub was not up and running during our stay. I would highly recommended the Bonaventure if you are looking for an affordable fun holiday!"

"We booked three rooms and they were all ready at different times. The third wasn't going to be ready until after check in but they upgraded them and gave them a different room. The breakfast was very disappointing. Staff was friendly and gelpful"
