"Perfect stay"
From Fannie the concierge to the beautiful room, it was Heaven. After being on a cruise with a small bath and tub, the hotel felt like a palace. The room was brand new, gorgeous furnishings, huge with a separate bedroom, entry area, full living room, kitchenette and entry. Bathroom had a separate tub and large shower. Service was excellent. Food great and I loved my room. 5 stars all the way!

Welcoming staff, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, very good location, and good deal for the price I got. The only thing that could be better is the TV in the room. It was placed high and to the side making it a pain to watch.

"Nice. Close proximity to metro & other venues. "
Cob webs in room & dirty spots on walls. Did receive a room upgrade for long wait. Lightning in halls too dim. No movie channels. Overall our experience was good & staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Staying in the Old Port area was a wonderful choice. We took one of the Auberge's Lofts and were not disappointed. From here we explored Montreal by foot and fell in love with this laid back city. The best thing was the European feel and the French language as well as the wonderful food and service.

"Perfect little hotel on a perfect street"
I'm already hoping to visit this hotel again. It was a good room, but what was truly excellent was the location and the staff. This spot is on a truly perfect street, we barely left the area or entire trip. Bars, restaurants, even the world's cutest convenience store, were all right outside the door. Felt completely safe stepping outside at any hour. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, giving recommendations and resolving any problems I had promptly. So friendly and welcoming. The room itself was pretty, with an extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast in the mornings, complete with a latte, completely spoiled me. I will be back!
