This was my first time experiencing a hostel and it was great! Amenities were clean and I loved how I had complete privacy in my pod and the staff were very accommodating and helpful!
Pods were good. Clean and comfortable.
Bathrooms were not so clean, no extra toilet paper. Showers looked a little grungy. Bathroom area was wet.
Okay place for one night. Surprisingly quiet which was nice.
The staff were very nice and helpful, but my stay was very unpleasant because I had either termites or bed bugs in my capsule. The staff couldn't assign me another one because they were fully booked. Even though they changed my comforter and sheets, the situation didn't get any better
Room is very clean, enough room for everything, easy access to outlet to charge a phone. Lights are great. It was quiet, people around were respectful to others. Could not make tv work though. I was little bit confused with layout also.
Lisa was helping me to take my luggage down to the storage, offered towel, was very helpful to get around and feel safe and comfortable. Thank you.
I wish handrails would be on right side also ,walking downstairs. Kitchen was clean, but no need to cook anything so many food stops around.
It was my first experience and will stay more when I have a chance. Thanks.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The capsule bed and pillow were comfortable. Good privacy in the capsule. Staff were super nice. Some noises (snoring, people walking around, etc…) could be heard, but overall it was a good experience. The one in st Laurent is sort of in a sketchy area, with bums and some trash on the street.
The button lights on the interior panel were too bright and had to cover it with half my pillow.
The off button unlocked the door. The unit fan could use a bit of maintenance to have more air flow, but it was fine.
My girlfriend and I had an excellent stay at Capsule Hotel in Montreal. Everything was clean, including the showers, and the atmosphere was friendly, social, and welcoming. The location on Saint Laurent Boulevard is impeccable and made it easy to enjoy the city. The staff were amazing and provided great service throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in Montreal.
The capsule was clean and spacious enough.
The lockers were great.
The washroom was big and the shower head pressure was awesome
The front desk staff were super helpful
Location wise it’s in the downtown area and short walk to a metro line. And a decent walk to Old Montreal, place des arts and the old port. But the surrounding area looks sketchy, so it can feel uncomfortable at night. The capsules themselves are very nice, and the lockers are spacious enough for all baggage’s.
The staff were very helpful and friendly despite the amount of traffic that comes in and out. Pods were clean and surprisingly comfortable, the only downside was amount of showers and bathrooms and cleanliness of them but you get what you pay for! Overall 7/10
Nice to have something affordable in the Montreal core. The capsule itself is great, and the amenities are really well thought out, the only issue is that--when I stayed at least--the bathrooms weren't operational. They have a nice little snack room in the basement where you can purchase (self serve) coffees, snacks toiletries etc. again, the issue was that the dispensing machines weren't working. I'll stay there again for sure as I feel these were minor hiccups.
It's a comfy stay, got my own little space to recharge and the starry ceiling really add a good atmosphere.

Disliked: Amenities
Decent if you’re staying short term and do not want to cook, cause there is nothing but a microwave (No fridge or Freezer).
The best part about the place is their staffs and the nice people you get to meet
