I was so hesitant to book with this property after reading all the bad reviews so I told my family not to expect much and we were prepared. We were worried of the parking because we have lots of stuff in our car that we need to leave inside the car. But to my surprise everything went so smooth during our check in. We we're able to get a safe parking in this property since we checked in at exactly 4pm and I believe parking is limited. The lady in the reception was super nice and she was the same lady when we checked out as well. The room was decent in size with nice beds. It wasn't perfect but we're not picky as the rate of this hotel is perfect for us compared to other surrounding hotels in the are. Very convenient and walkable to the attractions. We will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

The staff isn’t bad but isn’t friendly either. The room was really old. They don’t clean your room and you have to go to the reception if you need towels. In the reception they didn’t tell me how the elevator worked (you have to tap your key) so I was waiting there for several minutes before another guest helped me. The only thing saving this place is the location.

The entrance has bunch of homeless sitting at the front. The smell was veey horrible, like body died there. The room has fishy smell. I left my money and i mived to another hotel. And yes, o forgot, the customer service are very rude.

Location is very convenient and walkable to many attractions. Front desk team is very nice and attentive. Construction next door started banging at 7:00am on weekdays. Never received room cleaning on 4 day stay, when signs posted say cleaning after 3 days. Bath towels are like sand paper…great for exfoliating. Floors in rooms could use a deep cleaning. Beds are pretty comfortable though, so stay off the floor and on the bed.

Damaged door lock, dusty floor, can’t flush the toilet even after they came and fixed it. And I was surprised that their staff asked me to use the public washroom at the ground floor instead of offering me to change to another room. I am regretful to choose this hotel to stay over for my vacation and I’ll never come back again.
