Fairly close to both st Catherine street and old Montreal. Property is pretty beat up though. Air conditioner leaked, faucets leaked, toilet wasn’t connected to ground. Bed was not much better than a box spring and they gave only two paper thin pillows for a king sized bed. Check-in took more than triple the time as other hotels and they felt extremely understaffed.

Walking distance to St Catherine St. Staff appears inefficient. Not sure if it has anything to do with their disorganized looking office. The property needs updating. For this hotel, you get for what you pay.

It was fine for a short stay. There is very little parking. We were there for 3 nights and always had to park in a public parking lot a few blocks away. There is a small breakfast place on site for an additional fee. THe double beds were comfy and the room was clean. I would stay again.

Great location! Just around the corner from St Catherine Street and a short walk to the Old Port and train station. The check-in system was down when we arrived and were unfortunately assigned a room that was already occupied but that was cleared up quickly. Great and affordable for our short stay in Montreal.
