Paint falling off ceiling. Carpet was extremely dirty and sticky. They should remove carpet and make it all bubbly or tiles, if they aren’t going to clean the carpet. The kitchen cabinets were sticky, dirty, & squeaky. The washroom was decently clean. The room is a good size and housekeeping was good. The pool had rules posted everywhere but lifeguard didn’t seem to care. So not sure why they have those rules. The best thing about the trip is the pool temperature was perfect.

We have been coming to Fairmont Hot Springs for over 50 years….the memories we have and chatting with other people who have the same memories is priceless! We booked a kitchenette room on the ground floor which was perfect for our needs. They’re are two things…the rooms need a bit of an upgrade and the bathroom had peeling paint on the ceiling, the mirror has black dots in it…for the price one pays this should be fixed. The wallpaper is very outdated also. The room just felt a little rundown but the beds were amazing!
