This was the perfect getaway for us. Spent 2 weeks at the Mio. The rooms were clean and modern with decent house keeping. They have purified ice and water machines on every floor so you can keep your bottle topped up. Free secure parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Initially, we had the room 347 right under the gym, some users got there very early in the morning and was very loud banging from dropping dumbbells or stacks, the front desk promptly moved us to a better room. I would...

AMAZING. KITCHEN STAFF, FRONT DESK, ROOM ATTENDANTS, EVERYONE WAS PHENOMENAL. DEFINITELY STAYING HERE AGAIN.

They won’t let you outside late at night

Great

We loved the king suite room with the balcony! Amazing views of the city, golf course, marina area & ocean in the distance. The room was beautifully equipped with comfortable king bed, small fridge, microwave, good sized TV, double sinks in bathroom and power drapes! The water pressure in shower was weak and we could have used a safety grab bar in the shower. Food in the snack bar (hot dogs & hamburgers) was very tasty, all in all , a most enjoyable stay!

Staff was amazing. Food options were very good for all inclusive. Our flight was later in day, staff gave us late check out and hospitality suite to shower/change in. Great stay!

We really enjoyed this resort! With the all inclusive plan, you get access to the restaurants and facilities of the neighbouring resort as well. So many options for food and with the time we visited (September) there was no waits at all. The pool and ocean area were so clean. Staff are always helpful. One thing you should know however for their free spa service (with all inclusive) it is only one service for one person per room. But really we would recommend this resort nonetheless.

Within walking distance to the airport, free breakfast, comfortable bed and nice staff makes this a great option when coming in or leaving Puerto Vallarta

We reserved, via Expedia, a room with an ocean view, a king bed and a sofa bed, in March 2024. We are a family of four including two teenagers. I knew this hotel offered suites with kitchenettes, but a kitchenette was not mentioned in our room’s description when I reserved, so we were nicely surprise when we got there. We actually got two rooms, each with its own TV, connected together with a door with a lock, with a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a balcony with a jacuzzi and a dining table...

Had an amazing trip, the food was great and even the buffet had different options everyday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Orlando was very sweet and fun during the kayak tours & made sure we felt our trip was personalized and cared for. Only comment would be some of the servers at the restaurants treated my partner and I not as well as other guests and we felt it was because we look younger than others. It didn’t feel like some staff took us seriously or with the same amount of respect as...

The staff at the property were excellent. Alondra, Carlos and the rest of the staff gave exceptional service. Nice clean rooms. Good view, located across from a quieter beach. Breakfast was fantastic and the 2 restaurants across the hotel were both excellent with great views to sit on the beach with good food and good drinks to enjoy the sunsets. The rooftop pool was beautiful with great views of the bay as well Walkable to the melacon and easy to get from the airport. We will stay here again

Excellent experience and a great place for relaxation, good food, sade and secure location in the heart of town....

The staff at this hotel are very hard working. I was impressed with the work ethic and friendliness of the front desk staff and the breakfast server in particular, but everyone working there overall. We had a great time! The hotel is also inexpensive and in a convenient location. Clean as well. Breakfast was good and filling, with convenient serving times (open 7:30am to 11:30am). Now what to be aware in booking here to not be disappointed. First, many of the rooms are very basic and small, so...

Melía Puerto vallarta was an incredible experience for my family. After a little mishap on our first night and the fact that the property looks a little tired; it was all amazing. Food, entertainment and amenities worth the stay, but in the words of Thomas Keller "in the end, all hotels are the same—a room and a bed; service is what makes the difference.” and it did Alberto as a guest service agent and entertainment had all the answers and lots of talent and Silvia always attentive for all guest...

Beautiful little hotel, we will absolutely be back! Our room was clean, spacious yet cozy. I have a high standard of cleanliness and this place surprised me, in the best way! Such a great space for families, felt very safe and welcoming. The photos of the hotel do not do it justice, it is such a gem. Only issue we had was the hot tub kept running cold, besides that, the place was 5/5 stars. We did some yoga during our stay as well, that was a very nice little treat. It is a quick 5 minute walk...

Our family of 3 stayed at this resort for 5 nights and 6 days. It was our family's first time in Mexico. So we opt in to all inclusive. We had a lovely stay. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Breakfast buffet was great, a lot of options for food! For lunch and dinner there were plenty of options as well. For dinner, make sure to make a reservation for their restaurants. We did not encounter any aggressive time-share agent. I would recommend! Thanks for the great experience!

The staff were so wonderful. So friendly and attentive. The rooms were spotless, bed was very comfortable and my husband and I fought over the hammock on the balcony. Pool area is super chill, great place to relax and read a book. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into town, but these walks through the streets or the beach were one of our fave parts of the day. The food is phenomenal. So fresh! Between the two of us we had almost everything on the menu and it was all 10/10. The Mutua...

5 star property, staff amazing and rooms very nice. Just keep in mind property is extremely large and have long distances between hotel and other amenities. The staff try to accommodate as best they can at all times with shuttles and there is the gondola too that is a necessity. If you can handle the size of the resort everything else is amazing.

Excellent customer service and hospitable staff. Miguel from front desk remembered my name throughout our stay at the resort. Daily housekeeping was excellent! Daily food selection in our all inclusive package was amazing. Will definitely come back again next time.
