The staff was friendly. The food was ok. The buffet restaurant had lots of options. Booking excursions and trips into town was super easy to do as well. The evening shows were worth watching.

Rooms are nice and clean but be wary of unwanted hotel staff in your room. Someone was in our room while we were out one night and it had already been cleaned and the fridge had been stocked. Others have reported money and electronics missing out of the in room safe. We kept all items locked in an alternate location that no one knew about except my husband and myself. Food was good. We always found something we could eat. Specialty dining was pretty good but some are outdoors and it gets pretty hot most evenings. Too hot for pants and close toed shoes. We especially enjoyed the Spanish restaurant. Pool was nice but gets very warm in the late afternoon. We enjoyed the adults only pool but many times it was not adults only which became annoying. There is no cool/AC place to relax or have a drink in the evening. The only bar opened in the evening is open air and is very hot and not big enough to hold many of the adults looking for some music and drinks. We ended up playing cards in the buffet until 10:30pm when it closed. Premium bar is tiny and could only hold 20-30 people. Event center would have concerts or movies starting at 9pm but half the week there was no AC and it was terribly uncomfortable and us among many others left before the show could even get started. Temps were over 100 degrees with humidity…..it was miserably hot and no where except your room to cool off. Restaurant and pool staff are the hero’s here! They all work super hard and did a great job.

This property was amazing. It was beautiful and so clean. My family had the best time while here. The food, rooms and property was just perfect for our family. The staff was very friendly and attentive to all of our needs. We booked our excursions through Adelina who was absolutely amazing!!!! Can’t thank her enough for helping with all of our excursions. It made our trip even more perfect. We would definitely recommend this resort to everyone and we would love to come back ourselves. Thank you to the whole resort and staff it was a perfect family vacation.

This resort doesn’t not accommodate Large groups or Americans. We felt extremely discriminated against .this resort has mainly Mexican tourists and when we tried to get tables together for our group they wouldn’t allow it but yet I seen lots of other groups of 10 together. There is no Air conditioning and the bars anmd restaurants arw open air , and are all extremely hot and we were even told we couldn’t fan ourselves with the menu, what a joke. Needless to say we won’t be back. Forget about getting the club level it’s a waste of money . They say they give you a free welcome drink bottle of tequila , we asked 4 times for it. We were here for my Dads 80th birthday and we couldn’t even all sit together for family meals.

The food was TERRIBLE The evening entertainment was TERRIBLE The location was WAY TO FAR out of town The main pool was just a drink fest with way to many kids at the swim up bar. The speciality restaurant. (Italian) was quite a dissappointment. The elevators were completely wet every afternoon....they need mats in them to prevent folks from slipping. The good liquor was saved for the "premium" patrons and denied to the regular all inclusive patrons. All activities were in Spanish without translation for non- spanish speaking folks. Oh did i mention. THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. No matter what they served, it all tasted the same. I would never reccomend this resort.

Place is incredible nice. Hallways clean, furniture is in excellent conditions One if the best hospitality service we have encoynter fron room service to front desk and waitresses. Especially Alejandra our waitress at the piil, wgo did everything in her power to meet our drinking needs. Awsome service. Food is excellent with almost endless possibilities in their menú. Definitely a come back resort. Beach is inviting. Every night there is a social event that entertains. We loved the Queens band who are excellent at what they do. Fine dinning is always available for dinner. This we really liked because the resorts dresses up and the hostess needs to dress up fornthe dinner making it a quiet nice experience to be able to dress up and see everyone dressed up fornthe night. Very nice overall experience diet

The food was average. NOTHING compared to Barcelo in Riviera Maya. The buffets there were amazing. Here, even the restaurant food was nothing to rave about. Wont book again. But it wasn't horrible
