The staff were great, cleaned when we asked them to do so, which was fine. Convenient location as it is very close to the Malacon, but it could be noisy with traffic especially on a holiday weekend. Take ear plugs. The shower was either hot or cold and wasted a lot of water trying to regulate. We missed having a pool, but the beach is two blocks away. Lots of restaurants close by, none in the hotel. Overall a really good stay!

This small suite was in such a good location and at such a good price that I really cannot complain about the incredibly loud vehicles and persons that went past our door all night long. My wife was less positive than I was, but that is because the noise kept her awake a lot. So-in the circumstances it was a good experience for me. The Malecon starts a short block from our door, the ocean is a block from our door, there is every type of great food experience within about 5 blocks, including fabulous craft beer breweries just as good as at home. There is great hiking nearby, the the buses will take you all over for under a dollar. I recommend it with the appropriate caveats mentioned above.

Very much false advertising when it came to the Expedia room! I cannot believe they call this a hotel room. They show the new rooms in their advertising but stick you literally in the back parking lot. Very sketchy!!!

We booked this hotel for the first time and have been SO happy with this place. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The area is at the beginning of the Malecón, with PLENTY of access to convenience stores, souvenir shops, and restaurants. We would move in if we could :)

This was an economic option to stay right off the Malecon. I loved that we could walk or take a bus to anywhere from right outside our door. The only thing I would mention is that there is a fair amount of street noise if you stay in one of the rooms on street level, so being a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper.
