The resort is beautiful! The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the resort dining options. I would recommend bringing bug spray for the mosquitos in the morning. Otherwise, our stay was great!

The food was not good, even by all inclusive standards. We ended up eating off the resort every night- partly because we didn’t like the food, partly because we didn’t plan ahead enough and make reservations at the restaurants on the resort. Seemed to be very limited for dining outside the buffet. Also tried to rent kayaks for the day but there weren’t any available, all booked. Staff was very nice and attentive.

Our room was right around the lobby across from elevators so you can hear all sorts of conversations. Lots of random loud noises. Although there were many restaurant choices, a couple of them needed reservations and was impossible to get on an antiquated app. Was told we needed to see concierge to assist. Some places, the food was edible and others, definitely not. Especially both Sunan restaurants, the sushi seems straight from the freezer, just defrosted. The “ramen” is not ramen. All that being said, it’s a nice family resort with some nice staff, always willing to help. There’s lots to keep busy and wonderful that it’s beachfront. Again, most staff members are attentive and courteous and is a great family place to be.

The property is away from the city center, and therefore, very quiet. The beach was not crowded and had easy access to/from the resort. The surrounding area wasn't groomed very well, but it didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay.

We love this property. Our favorite part is the beach. The rock walls really make swimming enjoyable and safe. Our family loved snorkeling and looking at the fish. Juan was our favorite waiter at the beach. He was so helpful, friendly, and attentive. Special thanks to Eduardo and Ernesto too. We ate many meals at the buffet. Norma and Itzel were wonderful. The family lounge was fun for our kids. We definitely will be back. The location, staff, and activities were great.
