Hotel Mio's staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Mariela, Jazmin and Antonio took great care of us. The breakfast buffet was not the greatest I've had, but it did the job of getting me fueled up to start the day. The location was great as well. Close to the airport (10-15 minutes). There was a shopping mall down the street (5 minute walk), a food park directly across the street that has a good vibe to it. Monkey Business (12 minute walk) was also a good time. It was super easy to catch the bus to head to el centro where all the bars, clubs, restaurants, and shops are. It's also a 5 minute cab ride to the marina where many of the day/night excursions depart from. The pool at Hotel Mio was small, but buzzing with people. And yet it never felt crowded. The drinks and food up there are great (recommend the steak nachos and shrimp tacos). Being a rooftop pool, the views are stunning, however, there is one building that does obstruct what would be the perfect sunset. I would definitely consider them again if I ever make another trip to PV.

The hotel was convenient to restaurants and shopping, w do not enjoy all inclusive but like to eat breakfast on our deck, it would have been pleasant to have a coffee making machine and a few dishes. The frig. was not working properly they confirmed it was OK and for us not to worry, but it did freeze most things. The food in the restaurant was not to our liking,we ate outside the hotel.
