"Les ascenseurs en panne 25% du temps, la gestion des transats à la piscine (ils sont tous réservés par des fantômes tôt le matin il est donc impossible de les utiliser et aucun employé ne semble s’en préoccuper), la douche très vétuste et enfin pas de tolérance même de 30 minutes le jour du départ… Mais le rez de chaussée de l’hôtel est très beau et la plupart des employés très sympas."
