We loved staying here. Spacious suite with a kitchen; staff even cleaned our dishes for us. When we requested a later checkout time, the staff were very accommodating.

The negative: we booked a "1 Bedroom Apartment Ocean View" and were given a room that faced the building next door (no ocean view in sight) - it was so dark and depressing in the room. The positives: the property is in a great location, felt very safe, and it was really nice to have a refrigerator in the room. I think if we would have had an ocean view I would have been very pleased with this property at the price we paid.

Fantastic location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only bad thing was we had 2 pigeons that decided to nest on the balcony planter but otherwise was a great place to stay and would highly recommend it. Hope to be back again!

The staff were one of the highlights of my vacation. Ever mindful of customer service! Lordus at the front desk, Rafeal, and Armando, in the security team were the best! The property was perfectly situated for what I wanted in my vacation. I will be staying there again.
