There were no clear directions how to access the property in order to check in, other than the limited hours of the front desk. In the photos of the property the gates at the entrance/address of the property are shown wide open. When I arrived they were closed and locked. You had to enter through a parking garage in the rear of the building (under wear the pool is located). This needs to be added to the check in instructions to avoid confusion!!! Otherwise the rest of my stay was great.
