It has improved, and the staff really tries, but the property really needs a good overhaul to remain competitive There are a lot more options now than before for lodging, and for the price, it’s a decent place but in the long run, they need to make some investments

This place is older and loud. The bathroom smelled funky and the toilet was leaking from the seal on the base. No biggie. This isnt a 5 star place. The people were nice. Wasn't a fan of the scams the hotel plays with the boys at the rooftop bar but hey...I guess it flatters some people. The drag shows were fun. The view was amazing and for the price I'd stay again. The location is great!

The staff was friendly and check-in was fast and easy. The price is high for what you get. We ipted for the master suite...one of the more expensive rooms and our patio was only partial ocean view. The rooms definitely need to be updated. There is also a minimum charge to sit in the chairs at the beach club. That should be included for anyone staying at the hotel. Overall, fun experience. The shows at night need to be different nightly instead of the exact same. The shrimp tacos and quesadillas were on point! Fun experience but will likely stay elsewhere next time.

It's Blue Chairs. A quintessential gay experience in Puerto Vallarta. Even though it is deteriorating the building, the fixtures etc, the staff are awesome. The beach service awesome. I love the place.

Things have gone downhill since we stayed at this resort last year. A minimum consumption of 350 pesos is now required to use the beach chairs. On checking in, we were given only one key card for the two of us. The receptionist requested a bribe of 500 pesos to receive another key card for my partner. The music from the bar was especially loud and continued until very late at night.

The staff is awesome! Loved my room with beautiful view of the beach. Everything is in walking distance, the beach is just steps from lobby, there is a pool, there are restaurants - excelllent location!

At first my name wasn’t on the list to check in but the receptionist quickly got it sorted out. He was able to provide the bed size I requested and the room provided was SPECTACULAR. Water pressure and temperature was only minor issue
