Good food but expensive, good environment to have fun with the shows . We didn’t like the pressure when they try to sell the membership no is no thank you, we couldn’t to enjoy the beach it was dirty water but still we had good time in the hotel and going around the town. Thank you for everything.

The room service is terrible. My husband and I waited for 2 hrs for dinner to be delivered to the room. We asked for extra beer and was never delivered. Servers especially in the pool area seem unhappy and are very unfriendly. In fact, most of the employees at the resort have a bad attitude and are not helpful. We will never returned. Bad experience

Much of the property is under construction which provided a quiet pool option. The gym was good… little dirty but great machines. It was only open 7am-6pm which was a bummer. We loved pickleball and kayaking and sup. The room was nice and clean… the cleaning staff were fantastic. The crepe and ice cream bar ripped us off a few times. Also beware there is no sign but they charge for smoothies at the free breakfast. There are food trucks across the street.. 3 pastor tacos for $3!! Downtown is cheap Uber drive away for cheap amazing food. $20 for 60 minute massages at Almendra’s Garden spa downtown…. Amazing!!

Check in and check out were simple. The property is very clean. We enjoyed the 3 pools and beach. The location is very central and convenient with a mall next door and restaurants nearby. The open food court at Food Park across the street from the resort is amazing with drinks and the food at Park Grill! The morning breakfast buffet is also wonderful with attentive staff and a lot of selection from fresh made omelet to Mexican style food and fresh bread. We opted out of the all inclusive option, so eating there for all the other meals was not worth it. We tried our first night and portion was so small for triple the price you’d get elsewhere! Service was also terrible that evening. We don’t know if it was because there was a buffet party at their other restaurant next door for 4th of July, but our server kept disappearing. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. Just don’t eat there if you do not get the all-inclusive option. There are better food options around the area off the resort.

Rooms very fresh which was refreshing coming back from the heat. Our first room had a leak in the bathroom, Leslie accommodated us quickly and got us into a suite. Very good experience will go back.
