The resort is perfectly located near everything you want to visit such as Paradise Shopping Mall, a short taxi to Walmart shopping center, waterpark, Tuesday market, downtown. The grounds are beautifully maintained as are the pools and restaurants. Had a specialty dinner 4 nights in a row which we enjoyed. The buffet meal choices are extensive. The only thing is their coffee is inferior. For a 5 star resort the coffee should be better quality. The staff is always very attentive, friendly and helpful. The Mariachi performance was outstanding as the women's costumes were especially beautiful as they twirled their skirts. It is delightful to meet people from other countries who are willing to share their lives with others. It is a perfect resort for families as well as for adults. Looking forward to our next visit.

The wait staff and mad service was very nice but the food was pretty bad and we had a hard time everyday getting coffee. I would not go back to this establishment.

This property is great for families and groups. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The evening shows were appropriate and a good variety. The 3 specialty restaurants had great food as did the buffet. We enjoyed our stay!

Staff was super friendly and the beaches were beautiful. Laid back hotel no big party scene. Hotel rooms are nothing fancy but super clean. The food could have been better but what the food lacked the staff made up for. Great location!!! Taxi to the downtown pier area only runs about 30usd and has the most beautiful sunset I have ever experienced.

1) Didnt like that rooms were not cleaned very well daily. 2) No food allowed at the pool; 3) Men have to wear pants to dinner (I get swimshorts are not ok, but nice khaki shorts should be fine!) guys wore UGLY holey jeans but nice shorts were not ok!!
