Very clean, very basic and nice for the price.
"Casa Pancho Playa was a very clean, very basic hotel on the busy, main avenue leading into San Pancho Playa. They offered a good breakfast each morning, alternating with waffles and scrambled eggs each day. AND fabulous coffee. Communal fridge and cooking area was useful and clean with all necessary amenities. Our room was spacious but very basic [closets or clothes hangers would have been nice]. The pool was great during our first 4-5 days of the trip and the vibe was very nice and casual and relaxing around the pool area. Unfortunately the pool's pump or something went and we couldn't swim during our last few days but that was OK because the beach was amazing and only a 10-15 minute walk away. San Pancho was a great adventure."

"We had a great stay at Maraica, we love this hotel!! It was a really good blend of exceptional quality and quiet privacy from the world. It was a very peaceful place, with fantastic food, and very close to the beach! We will be coming back for sure! PS. They also have very honest staff who helped us find something we had left behind, and they worked diligently to get it back to us! Thank you!!"

Very Rustic
"Very disappointed to say the least. Good for a camper. The advertisement was not Explicit and Deceitful. Did not explain the musty order of the room (made my wife sick); did not explain the non-flush toilet (hole in the ground) we could not use the toilet- suppose to flush with pellets; path to the unit was unsafe (I slipped and fell on the gravel) one of the steps was gone. Advertised free breakfast - there was none. Code for gate to get in did not work (had to wait for 20+ minutes. Waited for employee to come and use her code. Advertised 45minutes from PV- over an hour.+. Could not even spend the first night. Had to return home in PV. Price we paid was higher than advertised. Believe that should be enough for a total refund."
