Entertainment was a little limited in evenings with children. Great service and staff, beautiful resort. Not smoke free or remotely close to, as advertised. Lots of vaping in restaurants, smoking in complexes

Just back. I upgraded and it was well worth it. food was good not great but very good, lots of options. Clearly they reserve the best options for members only, that said tip the staff and you will be treated like royalty! Clean, safe, and beautiful. I will return!

Great staff at kids club, at the beach bar and overall in all places . Hotel needs more attention and maintenance, not enough umbrellas on the beach, pool tiles cracked and mould, humidity in rooms. Couldn’t make reservations in half of dinner restaurants ( they don’t open daily in spring break ).

My wife and I are world travelers. The Iberostar was wonderful in EVERY aspect. Location, knowledgeable and friendly staff, activities, food, immaculate, etc. AND no 'extra' charges. Everything is inclusive. Don't hesitate to book your holiday with them.
