« Bonjour En général nous avons passé un très beau séjour. L’emplacement de l’appartement répondait à tous nos besoins. Nous avons quelques doléances à vous faire part, 1- Le wifi n’était pas installé 2- La robinetterie était déficiente dans la cuisine ,l’eau chaude n’y était pas disponible. 3- Il a fallu demander pour une cafetière pendant une semaine. 4- Le four micro-ondes était hors d’usage durant tout notre séjour et ce même après nos maintes requêtes infructueuses, 5- Il y aurait...

« The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place. »

« The Rufugio del Mar was a beautiful property. We stayed in building 2 which only had 7 units. They all had their own kitchen and bedroom/s. The staff were super friendly and the pool and gardens were immaculate. I would recommend staying on the second floor if possible as the lower units can be a little dark and do absorb a bit of noise from the above units. The location is 2 blocks from the beach and the property includes free beach chairs and umbrellas. They also provide free top of the line...

« Location was beautiful. The management and cleaning staff were fantastic! I loved how close it was to everything for convenience, but just far enough away to get some peace and quiet. On weekends there's a market that sets up right outside. Excellent experience of local culture, and the air conditioning was VERY appreciated! Will definitely be returning, and would suggest it many! »

« We loved this condo and the complex and area in Bucerias! The property manager Sally was fantastic and met us when we arrived and gave us a tour and specifics of what we needed to know for our stay. The condo was as advertised and perfect for my friend and I as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was equipped with the majority of the basics you needed for the kitchen, pool or beach. Great view from the balcony, but one thing that would make it better would be more comfortable...

The beach was easy to get too… but there’s also the pool right at your complex.:: I had several questions to property management that were replied to quickly!! « The Hacienda is fantastic! Upon entry it is like entering a dream - everything looks and is inviting and brilliantly clean! Being met at the door and helped by the staff was nothing short of outstanding! The food, service, help, care and kindness given by the staff was outstanding and they deserve 10 stars! Bucerias is not the prettiest location but it is safe, nice restaurants nearby and the beach extremely close… the beach is huge, the waves or current too strong (in April) for young children...

« great stay at Susana's beach front apartment/condo. the location on the beach was quiet and safe gentle waves and about a 15 minute walk into town. The condo is clean and decorated in a rustic mexican style. Secure locking and alarm system. Rocio (staff) was on the grounds most days was very helpful. « This home was set up with everything you could need. We have privacy on the beautiful balance and loved the indoor outdoor vibe when we opened the sliders. Spacious and comfortable.
