The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly but they might be understaffed. I got a double bed instead of the king bed I requested, they forgot to take my luggage to my room, after an hour of waiting I went to the lobby and my luggage was just sitting there, a bell boy offered to take it and apologized for the inconvenience, no one had instructed him to deliver it. Reservations to the restaurants are limited, once we arrived the restaurant seemed to not have many guest, they forgot to put our order in so we waited a bit over an hour to get our food. on the second day we walked over to the beach and I went back to the towel station and they couldn’t give me any towels cause I didn’t have towel cards, these were supposed to be given to us at check in, also, we had already used towels the day before without the need of any cards, so that was confusing. The urinals by the adult pool were overflowing nonstop, it was grossed. When we got back to the room there was a note stating that the fumigation technical team had to go into our room between 10am-3pm to apply pest control products that are completely harmless to humans (I have a picture of the note). Regardless if the product is un-harmful to people, that should be scheduled when the room is vacant and not on paid time. This place had two good things, The Adelita Mexican restaurant, the food is amazing and the staff is great specially Martha and her manager. The second thing is the live music. I wouldn’t go back to this place.
