Not directly on the beach but beautiful well kept natural jungle setting, excellent spa, very comfortable rooms - comfortable bed, huge high pressure shower, and decent views. Buffet hit or miss but good plated meals at the Japanese restaurant, pool bar, and beach bar. Excellent service and staff.

A beautiful property but terrible terrible service. From food to clean towels to golf carts .. nothing comes on time and sometimes never comes. They made me wait an hour for my room when we checked in !! Very disappointed.

I plan to complete a much longer and more in depth review, with photos and videos. I will be reaching out to Marriott to request compensation for the many, many issues we had with this resort. We are seasoned travelers and have stayed at many all inclusive resorts around the country and this one was by far, the least favorable. A few reasons: Construction noises starting early (we had been specifically told they were only "finishing touches" which is a lie as there are months of construction left. Terrible buffet food Several pools were closed and the hot tub Rude staff when asked about closed amenities Water did not work half of a day Beach club closed early for a wedding, we were notified the day of leaving very options since the one pool is very small for all guests.

Beautiful and spacious villa. All the staff were excellent and so friendly. Beautiful pool and loved the beach club. Snacks at both were our favorite! The only negative was the dinner buffets weren't great. The a la carte dinners were good though.
