We loved our time at Villa La Estancia! The resort was beautiful, very well maintained, and the staff was exceptional. We enjoyed that there were two resorts with different attractions, offering variety. We prefer a quieter, calmer place which is exactly what La Estancia offered, but we still had access to the more active and popular Flamingo. It was great! The dining options were good and there was never a long wait, the beach access was good, we were always able to find an available pool or beach chair, service was always good, and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

We were charged an extra service fee and had two rooms in different floors, one got cleaned daily and the other one was missed constantly. The do not disturb was never in place. We should have received a refund of the extra service fee.

We love this hotel the place is beautiful by the ocean, very quiet at night. The service is excellent !! you also have access to hotel next door flamingo with more restaurants and pool access. A very great place for a family vacation! Prices are awesome. Nothing better for all inclusive!! I just came back and I am planning to go back soon. Thank you Villa La Estancia

The property is very well maintained and clean. All the staff at Villa La Estancia is doing great work. Staff at the bar and pool area is doing excellent work. Especially Carlos, Marcos, and Angel. As far as dining options, I really hoped resort had more dining options and open for three meals. Only issue I encountered was the resort didn't informed me regarding service fee on using resort credit. If you would have known beforehand then I would have definitely used all my credits other then using portion of it. Alma at the front desk was great. She gave us complimentary lunch to our group of 13 after we checked out as our flight was later in the evening.

I liked the dining options, cleaning service and most of all, location! The hotel is right on the beach. The only thing that I don't like is a pool schedule. It closed at 8 pm/ It is too early.

Nice hotel with mostly friendly staff. Pool service was slow but food was great! They only have 2 restaurants but you can go to the other resort to access more. The entertainment happens at the other property. There was nothing going on at La Estancia.

Very limited dining choices, mostly your neighborhood type of Mexican food with well over an hour waiting time for your food to be prepared.We bought all inclusive option and because of that we were served very cheap alcohol masked by being served out of more expensive brands bottles .Our room had missing shower door,making it impossible to take a shower. Absolutely no entertainment or anything else to do for the guests beside lay by the pool.

Terrible. We were told we had $700 spa credit. Last day they refused to honor spa credit. The restaurant situation was horrible. Food mediocre. Wait at every restaurant was 2-3 hours every time.
