Loved the Mexican Charm about the property. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was good. Service was great. Love the smaller size of the report and how easy it is to get around. Would be great if beach was closer, but it is not a far walk. I would definitely stay here again. I have stayed in many five star resorts and the service we received here was far better than any 5 star resort we have styed in. .

The Hacienda has the best and most helpful staff. The facility is true Mexican charm. Beautiful grounds and pool. Good food and a pleasant Mexican experience.

The service, food and property are nice. Especially the staff were very kind and warm to my family including three kids. The only disappointment was the hotel didn’t provide any alternative service to the guests with minors who can’t go to only-adult restaurant even though the receptionist said it could. I wish family could have more option to dine in.
