THERE WAS A ROACH IN OUR ROOM!! This was the most disappointing hotel I’ve ever experienced. There’s only ever 1, MAYBE 2 staff @ the front desk @ any given time, so prepare that check in and out will take 30 mins MINIMUM. We had the misfortune of having Liliana Lopez check us in, she didn’t provide us our key for the parking area, she gave us inaccurate directions to our room&we spent 20 minutes wandering around the resort looking for our room. when we called for towels she answered the call&we never received towels&had to hunt down the cleaning ladies to get towels . Our room had mold spots on the bathroom ceiling∂ of the ceiling was falling off. On our 1st night at Krystal we hadn’t eaten since 5am, the Aquamarina restaurant in the resort was open until 10:40pm; earlier we asked Liliana what type of payment the restaurant accepted and she assured us they would take USD or card. Around 9:45pm we headed to the restaurant after having not eaten for 16 hours and tried to order food. The waiter Ceaser, the only saving grace of this trash heap, helped us order but when we tried to pay the restaurant sent us to the front desk to pay. The front desk told us that we had to pay & the restaurant, Ceaser had to walk us over to Liliana&they argued amongst themselves what kind of payment&who could accept the payment! It was ridiculous and senseless, horrible customer service (to no fault of Caesar) save yourself the heartache and splurge on a hotel that’s clean, quite & enjoyable
